Travel Policy & Payment Terms
Please note that travel expenses are not included in the listed prices. This includes costs such as flights, mileage, lodging, and other related travel fees. Travel costs will vary depending on the location and may range from $50 and up.

At this time, check or cash payments are accepted until further notice. A receipt will be provided upon completion of payment for both the Contractor and the Business/Organization for record-keeping purposes.

Events are priced based on the scope and duration of services. The price ranges provided reflect filming, coverage, and basic services. Editing is charged separately, but will remain within the general pricing range quoted.

To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required at least two weeks prior to the event.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

For events booked within two weeks or less, full payment is required upfront in order to confirm and schedule services.

CarrTunes Media offers bundled service packages that provide ongoing support and content creation.

• Contract Duration: Packages are available in 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month terms.
• Initial Payment: The first month’s payment is due upon contract signing.
• Ongoing Payments: Monthly payments are due on the same calendar date each month for the duration of the agreement. 

This structure ensures continuous service, scheduling priority, and a consistent content delivery timeline.

• Basic Package ($250 – $400):
  2 hours filming + 1 edited highlight reel.
• Standard Package ($500 – $800):
  4 hours filming + highlight reel + 2 social media clips.
• Premium Package ($900 – $1,500+):
  Filming entire event
